Update 1/20/21

Sorry for the late update but I wanted to get this out today due to the nature.

On NFEI New Frontier Energy, Inc. I found out today that Rhonda Keaveney from Small Cap Compliance filed two weeks before we did. My attorney did a conflict check on December 21st, 2020 which cleared. I paid the retainer on December 30th, 2020 which was the same day Rhonda filed in court. I will now withdraw this petition and wish good luck to Rhonda.

On RIBS Southern Concepts Restaurant Group, Inc. my attorney (Jack Tanner) was contacted today by an attorney (Tobin Kern) who says he is representing the company (Southern Concepts Restaurant Group) and they are preparing a response to my petition.

On ALKN Alkane, Inc. and BABL Buildablock Corp. the proposed orders will be submitted to the courts this week. Synergy had to file in Florida to be able to do business in the state. The necessary filing was made yesterday with the FL SOS.

On SMEV Simulated Environment Concepts, Inc. I have been in contact with the past listed COO (Allen Licht) since yesterday who stated to me he will dispute the custodianship. I have a call with him on Friday to see what his intentions are and if there is a way that we could potentially help him bring the company current or help find an acquisition/merge in company.

We are still waiting to hear any updates on the Delaware petitions. I am waiting to hear something from my attorney Jeremy Anderson as he thought we would hear a response back this week from his inquiry.
