Update 1/14/21

IVME In Veritas Medical Diagnostics, Inc. we have completed paperwork and elected a new officer. Exchange Minerals Limited obtained controlling interest and Michael Shmazian has been elected as President/CEO. We have provided the resources for help otc filings / opinion letter and have been assured they will be moving as quickly as possible to bring the company current.

GVDI Golden Valley Development, Inc. the other party is asking for additional time to complete the transaction. I am hoping to complete next week.

EMDF XL Rent / E Med Future, Inc. Synergy Management was appointed custodian by the Nevada courts. Synergy will be reinstating the corporation, settling with the transfer agent and finding a viable candidate to take control over the coming weeks. There are several parties we are in talks with that are interested.

NFEI New Frontier Energy, Inc. we are pursuing in Colorado. Documents have been signed and should be on file by tomorrow.

QENC Queench, Inc. we are pursuing in Utah. We are working on finishing up the documents and hope to have everything on file next week. This is a new state that I have not petitioned before so I am unsure on how the process will proceed.
