Update 6/13/21

I was elected sole officer/director of AESO Atlantic Energy Solutions, Inc. Synergy Management acquired 97,705,869 common shares and 1,000,000 preferred shares from the previous officer. I plan to cancel the majority of the control block after certain corporate actions are made. First steps will be paying old taxes and getting things back into good standing with the SOS. Then signing contract with the transfer agent. At which point I will either start the process with OTC or find a private company/officers to take over.

On the Texas petitions I am awaiting the SIBE - Sibling Group Holdings, Inc. and SGTB - Suggestion Box, Inc. orders to be signed by the respective judges. HAZH - Haz Holdings, Inc. was granted, and I was appointed receiver on June 10th. I am working to post the required bond with the courts. I did reach out to the TA and I am waiting for them to get back to me.

On RIBS - Southern Concepts Restaurant Group, Inc. I am hoping to have the application documents done for OTC Markets this week. I need the transfer agent to confirm good standing before that can happen.

According to the transfer agent they are working to process the cancellation I submitted last week on BDCM - Broadcast Marketing Group, Inc.

The court date for LPHM - Lee Pharmaceuticals is June 29th. The judge required additional service to the Secretary of State’s office which happened on June 4th. I was able to track down and confirm with the transfer agent they have the records needed to notice the shareholder meeting.
