Update 6/6/21
On SIBE - Sibling Group Holdings, Inc. the judge granted the petition and according to my attorney she expects a signed order quickly.
QUAN - Quantum International Corp now has a court date scheduled for appointment of a custodian on July 2nd.
I was appointed custodian of QENC - Queench, Inc. on Friday (4th). I will start work on it right away.
On RIBS - Southern Concepts Restaurant Group, Inc. as previously announced I am the sole officer. I have reached a settlement with the transfer agent for $6000. I have the paperwork they need and will work on it this weekend. From there I will be able to apply to OTC Markets.
On SGTB - Suggestion Box, Inc. I am still waiting on the order to be signed.
On BDCM - Broadcast Marketing Group, Inc. I was told this weekend from Robert Alvarez’s attorney that the documents have been signed and fedex’d to me canceling around 60 million shares. I believe once this is done, I can move quickly electing new officers and getting the company into good hands.
I have documents out with a party for BABL- Buildablock Corp. and hope to be able to complete with officer elections next week.
I noticed there is a pending reinstatement for ALKN - Alkane, Inc. I have not completed this and I am not sure who did. This may limit my ability to custodian action approved. I have been awaiting confirmation of the custodian motion being refiled from my attorney.
For AESO - Atlantic Energy Solutions, Inc. I have a few calls/messages in to Tim Brock’s attorney on the documents have been going back and forth. I am waiting to see what other revisions are currently necessary. Tim responded today and let me know they had a busy week and will get to it.
On HENI - Hinto Energy, Inc. I talked to the attorney for the trustee on Friday. I believe we have a clear path forward. I am reviewing documents early week and hope to be able report some forward movement by the end of the week.
The shareholder meeting notice and proxy for THDS was sent through the transfer agent last week. The shareholder meeting notices for UVSS - Universal Systems, Inc. and BABL - Buildablock Corp. are being mailed on Monday (tomorrow).
Lastly when I have updates, I will put them out via website / twitter for all. Any court action or appointment is public knowledge and can be found with the court of that particular county/state. I will not be answering further emails about status on individual companies. As mentioned before answering an excessive amount of emails takes away from the work that increases shareholder value and resurrecting these defunct companies. Please know I am hard at work and when I have information to report on, I will do so for all.
