Update 2/3/21

We now have two courts dates scheduled for the Texas petitions. SIBE Sibling Group Holdings, Inc. is set for March 31st. SGTB Kuboo, Inc. is April 12th. The others (HAZH, QUAN, PVRS) are still waiting on service to be completed. Hopefully, they can have that wrapped up soon and get the hearings scheduled.

Regarding the California petitions (THDS 3Dshopping.com and AESO Atlantic Energy Solutions, Inc.) to be appointed to the board of directors. My Attorney Bret Anderson appeared front of Judge Ronda McKaig in Ventura County Superior Court on January 26th.  She denied my request to be appointed as director. The judge offered some suggestions, which Mr. Anderson is discussing with his team.  I am waiting for them to get back to me with how they think we can approach. The case is still pending, and we have some options potentially.

The deal on GVDI Golden Valley Development, Inc. has finalized. Droman Investments AG has obtained controlling interest. I have connected the parties with a professional to help them with OTC filings. I also connected them with my marketing team to help them with initially branding and social media profiles which should be done next week. I have suggested they keep investors up-to-date with their progression.

Jeremy Anderson has told me he will write the courts again this week to try to find out if he can get an update on my petitions in Delaware.

I am still waiting for my Florida attorney Jonathan Leinwand to file the motions with the courts on the BABL Buildablock Corp., ALKN Alkane, Inc. and BDCM Broadcast Marketing Group, Inc.. I thought it would have been done by now, I am checking with him frequently and pushing them to get it done.
