Update on Florida petitions from my attorney there (Mr. Leinwand).
ALKN Alkane Inc.: we are moving for the appointment of the custodian and waiting on the courts to rule. (note: John Stanton wrote a letter to the courts saying that he was a shareholder and debt holder however when I talked to him, he had no documentation to prove his claims. I will update if there are any further developments with this individual).
BABL Buildablock Corp.: Served, and answer is due on Wednesday (December 30th). After this we can move for order.
SMEV Simulated Environment Concepts, Inc.: Just received return of non-service requesting to do service by publication.
Service by publication will take about 30 days.
BDCM Broadcast Marketing Group, Inc.: Just received return of non-service requesting to do service by publication.
Service by publication will take about 30 days.
Nothing new to report on Delaware, Colorado or Texas petitions.
On GVDI Golden Valley Development, Inc. a new officer has been elected and we are working to complete the change of control. Alexander J Somjen has been elected as CEO and President. I will be working to update the state in the coming days.
On IVME In Veritas Medical Diagnostics, Inc. I’m hoping to get officers elected and change of control done by the end of next week. The agreement as of today has not finalized as the holidays have been causing some delays.
On advice of my attorney’s in California, they are suggesting the actions to be appointed to the board of directors will be obtained more easily with the support of current shareholders. If you are a shareholder, please fill out the information in the link below.
