Update 12/18/2020

On CDNO Consolidated Capital of North America, Inc. we found out that Rhonda Keaveney of Small Cap Compliance has filed a petition for custodian for this company. Her petition was filed before ours and would be seen by the court before our petition. My attorney verified all this information accuracy last night. As such I am withdrawing my petition and wishing Ms. Keaveney best of luck.

We received the GVDI Golden Valley Development, Inc. order and will start work on it next week.

We are working to finalize a deal for IVME In Veritas Medical Diagnostics, Inc. and hope to have new officer announcements in the coming weeks.
