Update 12/2/2020

Currently there are no new updates on FL, DE, or CO on previously filed petitions/complaints. All are waiting on court actions or proposed orders to be approved.

For Golden Valley Development (GVDI) in Wyoming a hearing date has been set for December 15th at 3:30pm local time.

We are continuing to file additional cases. Here are the new petitions:

Nevada: E Med Future, Inc. / XL Rent (EMDF)

Colorado: Southern Concepts Restaurant Group, Inc. (RIBS) and Consolidated Capital of North America, Inc. (CDNO)

Florida: Simulated Environment Concepts, Inc. (SMEV)

We have an attorney working to file several cases in Texas. Texas is a new state and as such we are unsure how the process will go. State law does require a bond for each case. We will announce once they have been filed. Anticipating in the next two weeks.

We are also working to potentially file actions on two California companies. This would be a different type of filing as there are no custodian laws in CA. However, there is a process to be appointed to the board and utilize the power of the board to continue the company operations. More info to follow as the plan is to engage an attorney this week.
