Update 7/12/21

I received bonds back for SIBE - Sibling Group Holdings, Inc. and QUAN - Quantum International Corp. I will be able to get in an application for SIBE in the next couple of days and I am still waiting on the signed order for QUAN.

UVSS - Universal Systems, Inc. court is July 16th to provide an update to the judge, hopefully ratify my appointment and close the custodial receiver. After the election is approved, I will get an application in to OTC Markets right away.

OTC Markets has confirmed receipt of QENC - Queench, Inc., HENI - Hinto Energy, Inc., BDCM - Broadcast Marketing Group, Inc., THDS - 3Dshopping.com, and AESO - Atlantic Energy Solutions, Inc. They are quoting 6 – 8 weeks for their analysts to review everything on each.
RIBS - Southern Concepts Restaurant Group, Inc. was received and I paid the yearly fee a few weeks ago.

AESO currently has a request in with DTCC to provide additional information and certificate details as the records I received from the old officer were incomplete. On HAZH - Haz Holdings, Inc. I am working with the new officer to hunt down the current shareholder information as Computershare is saying that they do not have the records from Registrar & Transfer Company (the old transfer agent). I received NOBO reports back today on AESO and HAZH which will be forwarded on to OTC Markets.

I withdrew the custodian petition for SNRY - Solar Energy Initiatives, Inc. with the Delaware courts and it was approved. Good luck to the new management.

I continue to try to track down old officers on the Delaware petitions. Conversations are ongoing for EVCI - EVCI Career Colleges Holding Corp. and drafted and submitted agreements for review to Mr. Getter. I have had a conversation with an old officer / director on IPUB - indiePub Entertainment, Inc. He was going to see if he could locate any of the records. Still having difficulty getting any of the others to get back to me.

I was told by my attorney the custodian petition for ALKN - Alkane, Inc. will get refiled today.
