Update 4/16/21

I am still awaiting the judges order on the California cases (THDS and AESO). I am hoping to get those back soon. These are orders for shareholder meetings.

There was court today on UVSS (Universal Systems, Inc.), according to the attorney everything went well, and we are awaiting the order appointing me custodial receiver. I believe there will be a bond required which I will obtain as soon as the order is received.

I received the shareholder list back on BDCM (Broadcast Marketing Group, Inc.) from the transfer agent after paying a $5000 settlement. The counts are: 69,966,828 outstanding, non-restricted 10,866,828, the Cede & Co (street position) is 6,899,749. I am still having conversation on the possible retirement/cancellation of 59,000,000 restricted shares. I will update once I have something concrete.

I am still waiting for the shareholder documents on HENI (Hinto Energy, Inc.). I am checking frequently with the transfer agent to get them sent over as the settlement happened over a week ago. I need the records to move forward with potential settlement of the final litigation piece of the bankruptcy.
