Update 3/26/21

On BDCM Broadcast Marketing Group, Inc. we had the hearing yesterday morning on the appointment of the receiver. The judge asked my attorney Mr. Leinwand to provide him a letter explaining the circumstances and provide him with a proposed order. He was skeptical of an out of state receiver as he said he has problems before and wanted Mr. Leinwand to make sure that I would not be charging exorbitant fees. Mr. Leinwand assured him that I was experienced, and various courts have approved my actions in similar matters. Mr. Leinwand will prepare the letter requested and the order and send it to me for approval and then up to the judge.
