Update 3/12/21

In California for THDS (3Dshopping.com) and AESO (Atlantic Energy Solutions, Inc.) there is now a hearing date of April 13th, 2021 which is petitioning the courts to order a shareholder meeting.

In Florida BDCM (Broadcast Marketing Group, Inc.) has a hearing date for March 25th at 8:30am. BABL (Buildablock Corp.) is still waiting on hearing to be scheduled.  

In Texas the attorney’s served Providence’s registered agent, and its answer is due March 22.  The hearing on our application is May 13th at 2pm. We still have service issues with Haz Holdings and Quantum, but will keep you posted on our progress.

Wrapping up EMDF (XL Rent, Inc.) and have done elections which will be posted to NV SOS today.

Regarding new officer/company intentions. For any company that has a larger overhang of stock (meaning there is a lot of old restricted stock held by old insiders) or a large share structure I would anticipate the company doing a reverse split at some point in the future. I have asked the new officers on each case to limit these as much as possible. However, after electing new officers and with my discharge as custodian there is no guarantee that the new management will abide by our agreement.
