Update 12/10/2020

Regarding IVME (In Veritas Medical Diagnostics, Inc.) the balance of $12,000 has been paid with the TA and we have obtained the current shareholder list and counts. The current outstanding share count is 86,048,474. The Cede & Co (Street Position) is 19,769,451. According to the list 25,685,000 of the outstanding share count is held directly by the company.

I will be trying a new process in the state of California with two defunct and abandoned companies. AESO (Atlantic Energy Solutions, Inc.) and THDS (3Dshopping.com). In California there are no custodian laws however I can petition to become a board member. I believe this would allow me to act through the power of the board similar to the custodian powers. As this is a new state and process it is speculative and unknown whether the actions will succeed. According to my attorney there he is hoping to have everything filed and on record with the courts by next week.

Yesterday (December 9th) custodianship for STHC (Southcorp Capital, Inc.) and CSLI (Critical Solutions, Inc.) have been discharged and closed out with the courts. CLHI (CLST Holdings, Inc.) custodianship was rescinded and closed.

Yesterday (December 9th) AGSO (AgriSolar Solutions, Inc.) custodianship has been discharged.

In Texas we have filed a petition for HAZH (Haz Holdings, Inc.). There are several more that are in process and I am hoping to have an update on the new petitions in Texas next week. This is a new state for me to file an action so it is also unknown how things will go and if the petitions will be successful.
