Update 10/29/20

For GVDI, we submitted the bond naming the courts last Friday. Our attorney had the proposed order over on Tuesday on this week and hopefully the courts will move quickly on granting out petition.

We were able to track down the TA on AGSO after some investigating (Island > Corporate > Equiniti who has the records). The counts for AGSO are attached and there were no big surprises which we were thankful for. The Cede & Co (Street Position) is 13,121,647. We are working to finalize the transaction this week and should have an update out next week on change of control.

AGSO Current Share Counts

We are still waiting on the order back for IVME from the courts in CO and we will check in with our attorney there on timing.

For Florida and Delaware petitions we are at the mercy and timing of the courts and there is nothing to report on at this time.
